ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology & Automation is critical in driving operational efficiency, marketing automation, data analysis, and marketing tech stack integrations to support demand generation, sales pipeline acceleration, and client retention efforts.

Aligned with Marathon Health’s 2025 B2B marketing priorities, this role will be instrumental in:

  • Integrating marketing technology platforms (SFDC, Hubspot, 6sense, etc.)
  • Expanding digital marketing segmentation by market, industry, and persona.
  • Augmenting email nurture campaigns, including the use of AI for re-initiation.
  • Implementing a marketing attribution tool to provide insights into performance.
  • Automating the marketing-to-sales handoff to increase conversion speed.
  • Developing comprehensive reporting systems to improve visibility into impact.

This individual will work closely with the B2B Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-channel marketing initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of marketing operations strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, 6sense, and attribution tools).
  • Automate marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies, to support demand generation and client engagement.
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM (Salesforce) to enhance marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Refine lead scoring models and lead management processes to drive more efficient sales handoffs and higher-quality lead flow.
  • Partner with sales operations to ensure lead routing, tracking, and reporting accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Implement a marketing attribution tool to provide clear insights into campaign performance and revenue impact.
  • Design dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as marketing-sourced pipeline, engagement rates, and lead conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with client retention and expansion initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing automation, or demand generation, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or tech.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce required).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing execution with strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, able to develop executive-ready presentations and reports.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and proven success influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience managing outside vendors and partnering with contractors and agencies to drive results.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $160,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
