ABOUT THE JOB

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical part of the Talent Acquisition team with a focus on facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires between offer acceptance and their start day. This role will directly support the TA Program Manager with program management needs. The TA Coordinator will also serve as a subject matter expert of our applicant tracking system and assist with process improvement efforts. This role will require a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage pre-employment process to ensure smooth transition for new hires from offer to ready to hire status.
  • Facilitate drug screening procedures, assisting candidates with identifying alternate drug screen locations as needed. Manage searches for new locations and place new orders as required.
  • Maintain the New Hire Preboarding Smartsheet to track new hires and monitor pre-employment screening status.
  • Ensure new hires have completed all required pre-employment screenings and confirm that clinical teammates are cleared by Provider Services prior to hire.
  • Appropriately disposition new hires in Workday once they are cleared to start.
  • Notify TA partners when candidates have not completed pre-employment screenings in a timely manner and are at risk of missing their target start date.
  • Communicate new hire information and updates to cross-functional onboarding teams (IT, Payroll, Training, Provider Services, etc.) via Workday notifications, email, and Teams channels, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional onboarding teams to ensure a first-class onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Process relevant vendor invoices, reviewing for accuracy and submitting to Accounts Payable as needed.
  • Generate and maintain reports on TA-related metrics, statuses, and goals as determined by the TA Program Manager.
  • Send Birthday and Anniversary cards on behalf of the TA team.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates during peak recruitment cycles, as needed.
  • Maintain the private TA SharePoint page.
  • Submit referral bonus and sign-on bonus reports to the Compensation team for biweekly Payroll processing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and POC for the Teammate Referral Program alongside the TA Program Manager.
  • Serve as a Workday SME, assisting with troubleshooting and process improvements for the TA team.
  • Assist with management of the MA Externship Program and serve as POC for internal and external inquiries alongside the TA Program Manager.
  • Provide support with TA program management as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating the annual Recruiting Summit, as requested by TA leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field and 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or recruiting role for a large corporation with multiple sites. or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System preferred; experience with Workday strongly preferred. Experience with MS Office required.

Pay Range: $23.00-28.00/hr
