ABOUT THE JOB
The Enablement Program Manager ensures that enablement programs for GTM (both Client Success and Growth) are data-driven, technology-enabled, and effectively reinforced in the field. This role combines communications, analytics, systems administration, and program optimization to drive performance and adoption across the organization. This role administers, operates, and maintains the company’s content management systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Analytics & Insights
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to measure enablement program effectiveness.
Analyze enablement and outcome data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through regular reporting and feedback loops.
Technology & Systems Administration
Administer and optimize enablement platforms, including Learning Management System (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and other enablement tools.
Ensure seamless integration of tools and maintain data integrity across systems.
Assess and refine technical tools and solutions, coordinating with IT or vendors for implementation, management and system issues that may require resolution.
Field Reinforcement & Adoption
Serve as the primary concierge for onboarding support, ensuring a seamless experience for new teammates by coordinating resources and addressing enablement needs.
Manage scheduling and administration of enablement-focused trainings and meetings, including logistics, communication, and follow-up to drive engagement and learning outcomes.
Partner with enablement leaders as well as growth and client success leadership to ensure enablement initiatives are reinforced and adopted.
Support communication and training strategies to drive engagement with enablement resources.
Gather feedback from field teams to continuously refine programs and tools.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
Contribute to the development of best practices for enablement operations.
Ownership of the placement, expiry, archiving, and monthly impact dashboards for all content published within the content management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Education Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 2+ y ears of experience in enablement, learning systems, or analytics roles or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in LMS administration, CMS platforms and enablement tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce).
AI enabled learning.
Technological expertise with multimedia tools, software, and applications.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
