ABOUT THE JOB
The Graphic Designer supports the execution of visual communication that helps convey Marathon Health’s purpose across internal, B2B, and B2C audiences. This role contributes to a wide range of design projects including print, digital, and presentation assets, while ensuring brand consistency and quality across all materials.
This position plays a key role in producing, adapting, and maintaining branded assets in support of our operations, field marketing, marketing automation, and patient engagement teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design and production of marketing assets across multiple mediums, including digital, print, presentations, and social media, using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
- Execute production design work, including resizing, formatting, versioning, layout updates, and light collateral edits.
- Create derivative assets from approved master files (e.g., social crops, one-page versions, email graphics, presentation assets).
- Assist with template updates and maintenance across Marq, PowerPoint, and other branded templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide basic video and motion support, including edits, repurposing existing footage, adding lower thirds, and creating light motion graphics as needed.
- Follow creative direction and design guidance to ensure all work aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
- Manage assigned tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear status communication.
- Support designers and project owners with production workflows and content preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of creative solutions aligned to business needs.
- Maintain organization and version control within marketing systems and tools (e.g., Asana, Bynder, Brand Center, Marq, SharePoint).
- Stay curious and continue learning design tools, trends, and best practices to grow skills over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Strong working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems, such as Bynder, is a plus. Exposure to tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar design software supports success in this role.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000/yr
