ABOUT THE JOB
The Talent Acquisition Enablement Analyst is a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, responsible for driving operational excellence and advancing the programs, systems, and insights that power effective hiring. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for ensuring the recruiting function runs efficiently today while continuously evolving to meet future needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Analytics
- Develop and deliver dashboards and report on key recruiting metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (e.g., time to fill, hires by source, offer acceptance rate, progress towards corporate initiatives, etc.).
- Provide regular data insights to TA leadership to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven recommendations.
Systems & Technology
- Serve as SME for the ATS (Workday), optimizing workflows, system performance, and user experience for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Lead Workday release testing, system enhancements, and recruiting technology initiatives in partnership with HRIS.
- Identify and implement tools and innovations that improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Operations & Candidate Experience
- Partner with TA leadership to drive key initiatives that improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Enhance end-to-end recruiting operations to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience.
Employer Brand & Enablement
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer brand and execute campaigns that attract top talent.
- Manage employer review platforms and internal initiatives to drive employee engagement and advocacy.
- Develop and facilitate interviewer training for hiring managers.
- Partner with People Experience leadership to support and track inclusive hiring practices and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years of related experience in recruiting or program management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Recruiting experience and knowledge of candidate lifecycle.
- Demonstrated strong technical expertise and understanding of applicant tracking systems. Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting analytics, including building reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Workday, or other reporting platforms.
- Systems thinking, process improvement, project management, analytics, and reporting
- High level of critical thinking, creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- People management including coaching, development, and performance management.
- Strong technical expertise using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to promote teamwork. Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships by approaching all work with integrity and commitment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work, execute a plan, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptive skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a constantly evolving workplace in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven record of successfully working with employees, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000/yr
