ABOUT THE JOB
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will own and elevate the AP function in a growing company. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll manage and coach a team, drive accuracy, efficiency and innovation, scale operations and strengthen controls. In this mission-critical role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members
Oversee end-to-end AP: invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing in a high-volume environment
Lead automation and AP system enhancements
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and colleagues.
Handle escalations and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
Developing, implementing and enforcing policies and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Vendor management, including 1099 reporting, unclaimed property, and banking information.
Ability to work with multiple departments and ensure deadlines are met
Review and approve monthly credit card expenses
Collaborate with Treasury on funding requirements
Support month-end close and audit requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ Accounts Payable experience with 2+ years of effectively leading a team in a high-volume company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs. Advanced level of Excel proficiency required (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) preferred
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000/yr
