Maven is looking for a high energy, passionate, detailed-oriented and experienced Client Delivery Associate to join our Client Services Team. The Associate will play a critical role of owning client implementations in supporting Maven’s rapidly growing, payer segment with a high level of responsibility and visibility across the team. Reporting to our Director, Client Delivery the Associate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding operational KPIs while assessing results to ensure effective and efficient performance.

As a Client Delivery Associate, you will:

  • Facilitate high-volume client implementations by building relationships, capturing requirements, communicating project status and open issues, and preparing project artifacts
  • Ensure quality and satisfaction on all client implementations, maintaining our organizational standard for an exceptional implementation NPS
  • Define and develop implementation plans inclusive of templates, processes, and reporting
  • Own project management and artifacts required for implementation, including configuration requirements and project timelines, and troubleshooting both internally and externally to ensure accuracy and on-time launch
  • Assist in QA process ensuring accuracy and on-time launch
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to evaluate new capability development and issue resolution
  • Proactively identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities to drive scalability and eliminate implementation risks by using data to understand where scalar challenges will occur and plan and build solutions to address them
  • Help identify common strategic team roadblocks and propose solutions for better team efficiency
  • Track and organize best-in-class client materials and templates produced and share with broader Client Success department

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience working in an operations, data analysis, client delivery, or project management capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; direct experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong operational skills including project management, business requirements gathering, and relationship management
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and strong experience with data and analytics tools
  • Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

  • Healthcare knowledge with a working understanding of health plans, digital health solutions, and key trends, particularly in women’s and family health
  • Experience using tools including Salesforce, Smartsheet, Looker; attention to detail and CRM data entry hygiene
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $77,000 - $90,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
