About the Role

GTM Expertise & Strategic Partnerships:

• Utilize deep knowledge of Go-To-Market strategies to guide strategic planning, particularly in the healthcare and AI sectors.
• Own our emerging partnerships strategy, including AWS, Snowflake, and data partnerships for Hypercube.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, effectively communicating and advocating Mendel.ai’s vision.
• Represent the CEO and the company in high-level meetings and forums, articulating strategic initiatives with clarity and conviction.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

• Oversee and enhance the operational aspects of the CEO's office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Lead and manage critical projects, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Cultural Influence:

• Build and mentor a high-performing team, aligning their growth with Mendel.ai’s mission and values.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with significant exposure to GTM strategies and knowledge of the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful strategic partnerships - not necessarily M&A.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the healthcare technology or AI-driven industries.
• Proven track record in leading GTM initiatives and driving business growth.
• Experience in early-stage startups
• Experience with RWD/RWE

Compensation

$230K - $260K
