Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation secure infrastructure platform. This platform combines enterprise-grade key management, encrypted communications, and secret storage with unmatched physical–cyber resilience.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (Zero Trust, threat intelligence, identity, and cloud security), as well as the technical fluency to grasp smart contracts, DAML, and interoperability frameworks. The ideal candidate will also bring experience guiding AI-enabled engineering teams, ensuring product execution is accelerated with modern, intelligent development practices.
You will be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for products spanning secure communication protocols, cryptographic key lifecycle management (cold and hot), secret vaulting, and policy-enforced access control — with a focus on enterprise and regulated industry adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Drive product strategy around DAML solutions, Canton Network, and interoperability tooling like Splice.
- Establish long-term positioning aligned with market demand and enterprise/regulated adoption.
- Translate vision into actionable strategies, measurable outcomes, and clearly defined success metrics.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, technically sound solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align positioning with customer needs and ensure go-to-market readiness.
Leadership & Process Management
- Act as the orchestrator of cross-functional product initiatives, ensuring accountability, momentum, and transparency.
- Coordinate across design, engineering, QA, and partner relations to drive cohesive execution.
- Lead and support AI-enabled engineering teams, embedding modern AI-assisted workflows into delivery.
- Foster alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners to advance product adoption.
Market Definition & Requirements Gathering
- Engage directly with customers, industry analysts, and partners to validate strategy and inform roadmap.
- Convert feedback into prioritized features, requirements, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Hyperledger, open-source communities, and enterprise partners to advance interoperable standards.
- Track competitors, market shifts, and technology trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Execution & Delivery
- Own product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and continuous iteration.
- Define launch KPIs, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support thought leadership efforts including blogs, case studies, and public speaking opportunities.
- Implement agile methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and OKRs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Leverage analytics to measure adoption, usage, and revenue impact — feeding results back into roadmap decisions.
