About Canton:
Canton Network is the first privacy-enabled, interoperable blockchain network designed for institutions. It enables seamless connectivity between financial markets, bridging ecosystems while maintaining compliance, privacy, and performance standards.
We are looking for an Account Executive to support sales of Canton Validator Nodes, Super Validator Nodes, and the Key Management Solution that underpins the network. This role plays a key part in expanding institutional adoption of the Canton Network and building lasting relationships across the financial and technology ecosystem.
Job Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process for MPCH’s validator and key management offerings, from lead qualification to deal execution. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to target financial institutions, custodians, infrastructure providers, and enterprise technology buyers that are critical to the Canton Network’s growth.
This role is ideal for a motivated, technically curious salesperson who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to help build adoption of groundbreaking institutional blockchain infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Develop and close new business opportunities for Validator Nodes, Super Validator Nodes, and Key Management Solutions under the guidance of senior sales leadership.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across financial services, digital assets, and technology sectors.
- Solution Positioning: Learn and articulate the value of validator node operations, security, and key management solutions in a way that resonates with business and technical stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Support relationship-building with key decision-makers, technology leaders, and infrastructure teams to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align client needs, provide feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall network growth and adoption.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally with exposure to blockchain, fintech, or infrastructure software.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience with managing proposals, contracts, and pricing discussions in collaboration with senior team members.
- Sales Process: Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and structured sales methodologies.
- Customer Orientation: Strong relationship-building and communication skills; capable of engaging credibly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Interest: Comfort learning and discussing technical solutions (validator infrastructure, APIs, key management) and translating features into client value.
- Organization & Drive: Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.

- Salary range: $80,000 – $105,000 + sales commission
