We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to help build and manage a scalable marketing automation system to help execute B2B marketing campaigns for payers, providers and employers, including:, defining lead processes, enabling campaign performance tracking and assigning attribution. You will be responsible for managing our full B2B marketing tech stack, including Iterable, Pardot, and Salesforce, with an emphasis on continuous growth and optimization. To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate a self-starter mentality with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and the strategic drive to take data and turn it into actionable business insights. This role will report to Noom’s Healthcare Associate Director of Demand Generation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the central hub of Healthcare Marketing program build and execution - partnering closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Paid Media teams.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Pardot to help design and execute B2B marketing automation campaigns - providing seamless integration with Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
  • Support automated multi-channel Employer, Consultant, Health Plans, and Health System prospect campaigns to help drive marketing qualified leads and generate pipeline.
  • Manage Iterable platform to support member engagement marketing campaigns.
  • Own and optimize end-to-end lead flow process, lead capture, and routing.
  • Manage marketing prospect database - audit, cleanse, and enrich
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a dynamic B2B lead scoring system
  • Create and launch persona-based email drip programs
  • Develop a roadmap to optimize marketing systems, processes, and CRM data to help the business improve efficiencies and scale over time

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B environment
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, lead nurturing and drip campaign strategy, marketing funnel automation, operations and analytics, platform development & execution
  • Advanced working knowledge of core marketing technology tools - Pardot, Iterable, and Salesforce
  • A strategic thinker that is detail oriented and possesses a deep understanding of marketing automation and Health Benefits B2B buying lifecycle
  • Must demonstrate a strong analytical drive to measure, analyze, and improve campaigns and programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • B2B Healthcare industry experience a plus

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $116,000 - $158,000.
    • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
