We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in investment banking and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology sector. This role is critical in supporting our growth strategy through identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- M&A Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's M&A strategy.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities in the healthcare technology space.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit and potential synergies of target companies.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A activities.
- Perform rigorous financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance and potential of target companies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Due Diligence and Integration:
- Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, working closely with legal, operational, and technical teams.
- Evaluate financial statements, operational metrics, and business plans of target companies.
- Support post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and realization of expected synergies.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and assess the impact of potential acquisitions on the company's market position.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with a focus on M&A.
- Proven experience in the healthcare technology sector is highly desirable.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
- Experience with due diligence processes and post-merger integration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $154,000 - $208,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
