Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-lead digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, whether fully-remote or in one of our offices, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.

The Corporate Strategy & Operations team at Noom is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across the company. We partner closely with product, commercial, clinical, and operations teams to bring Noom's mission to life through scalable systems and innovative solutions.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Operations Associate to support our expanding portfolio of non-medical products — including supplements, skincare, diagnostics, and more. This is a foundational opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to be close to the action — working across product, packaging, vendors, and pharmacy fulfillment partners. You’ll support launches, help bring new SKUs to life, and make sure our packaging and operational systems scale with demand.

You Will

  • Track operational milestones and packaging readiness for new categories (e.g., supplements, skincare, diagnostics)
  • Assist with supplier communication, lead time planning, sample approvals, and cross-functional alignment
  • Monitor packout configurations across pharmacy partners and support changes to packaging requirements or routing
  • Benchmark packaging, fulfillment, and SKU strategies from competitors to help inform margin and operational decisions
  • Help build playbooks, checklists, and trackers for internal visibility and vendor coordination

About You If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by building operational systems that support scalable, consumer-friendly products, this role may be for you!

You Have

  • Recent graduate with coursework or experience in business operations, supply chain, CPG, or healthcare
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with vendors, product managers, and operators
  • Excel/Google Sheets fluency — able to manage simple inventory tables and timelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple fast-moving workstreams
  • Bonus: entrepreneurial or athlete mindset — you thrive in undefined environments and learn fast

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • You’ll be helping shape the operational playbook for Noom’s next chapter of product growth
  • You’ll get exposure to real-world packaging ops, vendor strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
  • You’ll work closely with experienced operators, and have clear pathways to grow into higher-impact roles as we scale
  • You’ll be part of a mission-driven team focused on building a healthier future through innovation
