The Notable Solutions team members are industry leaders and experts. You will work cross-functionally across Notable to envision and create new products, engage the healthcare ecosystem around industry trends and best practices, and deliver value propositions to our partner health systems. You have depth of expertise in a domain area of healthcare, such as Patient Access, Population Health, or Revenue Cycle, and you also have the aptitude or experience to perform cross-functionally across the company, including partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Marketing. Leveraging your domain expertise, you have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies to build healthcare automation solutions and partner with health systems across the country to put our products into action and deliver transformational outcomes.

You will:

  • Partner with Sales team members to engage prospective customers, communicating how our product works, and engaging the prospective customers around value propositions for specific use cases and areas of business value.

  • Value proposition creation: Run our proprietary HealthCheck process, a light touch consulting engagement with our customers and prospective customers to identify potential business impacts, ROI potential, and priorities for automation solutions within a health system.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Engage health system executives in transformational discussions, bridging their business needs to quantifiable value.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams, bringing domain expertise into each of these areas.

  • Partner in dyad relationship with Product Manager in your area of expertise, playing the role of a domain expert. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, business value, as well as participate in specific designs, UX, and product functionality.

  • Evangelize for Notable, including participating in industry thought leadership activities such as panels and conferences, social media, blogs, podcasts

  • Market research: Stay abreast of healthcare trends, disruptions, and challenges to better align Notable’s solutions to the industry’s needs.

You have:

  • You have at least 5+ (ideally 8+) years of work experience in a particular healthcare domain, giving you subject matter expertise in an area such as Patient Access, Population Health, or Revenue Cycle

  • You are tech-savvy, with some technical aptitude, comfortable engaging a product development and engineering team, understanding what it takes to develop, deliver, and ship product, and eager to learn more

  • You have additional background and expertise either with (1) technical skills, or (2) on the commercial side of healthcare, ie having worked at a technology vendor or other corporate vendor, where you have a commercial orientation and enjoy discussing and selling value propositions

  • You are comfortable engaging the senior-most executives at a health system and you have exceptional presentation and communication skills, oral and written

  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment, and you have experience operating through influence internally and externally

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have grit, passion, and determination

  • You are able to travel up to 30%

  • You may have previously worked in consulting, and you have the ability to drop in to a health system to assess their needs, identify opportunities, and articulate a nuanced customer value proposition

  • Strong process rigor and product mindset to identify and hone in on how to achieve and systematize value

  • You have analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex business scenarios to identify and deliver results

  • You have a track record of public visibility, either through writing, public speaking, and/or social media

  • An additional professional degree or certification in one of our key domain areas is a plus, such as clinical - MD, RN, NP, PA - or revenue cycle - MSHCA, FHFMA, FACMPE, CPC.
