Role Summary:

As a People Operations Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless functioning of the People team at Notable. Your primary responsibilities will be to design, implement, and execute on HR operational activities to ensure the smooth flow of processes that support the overall employee lifecycle.

From onboarding new employees to managing HR databases and overseeing compliance tasks, you will be a key contributor to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations. You will own and drive all People/HR compliance processes and audits, including overseeing the completion of mandatory trainings. You’ll also have opportunities to identify, improve, and work on the communication, implementation and change management of various programs and initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the full employment lifecycle of our employees from onboarding, New Hire Orientation, through offboarding to make their experience seamless

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS

  • Generate reports and provide HR metrics

  • Lead the HRIS transition project

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee records maintenance, and data integrity

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes

  • Manage HR related requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience within People Operations or related HR experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

  • Deep understanding of HR Systems and Help Desk/Ticketing systems (i.e. Asana)

  • Experience managing relationships with third party HR providers such as leave of absence, benefits, engagement tools, and relocation

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong people skills and an ability to connect and support employees at all levels

  • Able to accurately prioritize and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to interact with highly confidential data with sensitivity, professionalism, and integrity

  • Desire to think creatively to solve problems and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Previous experience with leveraging data to inform and influence decisions

  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills with keen awareness of when to escalate topics requiring additional support
