Job Summary:
At Ocrolus, we are on a mission to empower financial services with automated, accurate, and efficient decision-making tools. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager - Information Technology (TechOps) to lead our IT operations and strategy across global locations, with a focus on India and the US. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing IT operations for SaaS-based organizations, global stakeholder engagement, vendor and partner management, cost optimization, and technology transformation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The candidate must also demonstrate an ability to oversee operations across multiple shifts, ensuring 24x7 support to accommodate US and India time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic IT Leadership:
- Design and execute an IT strategy aligned with Ocrolus’ business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Global IT Operations:
- Manage end-to-end IT operations across global locations, ensuring seamless functioning of infrastructure and systems.
- Address unique challenges of managing IT for a SaaS-based organization, including compliance, system scalability, and 24x7 support.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with stakeholders across India and the US to align IT priorities with organizational needs.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, providing regular updates on IT strategy, initiatives, and performance.
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global vendors and partners to deliver cost-effective, high-quality IT services.
- Negotiate contracts, oversee SLAs, and ensure accountability and performance from external providers.
- Cost Optimization and Efficiency:
- Implement IT cost-saving initiatives, balancing financial discipline with the need for technological innovation.
- Regularly review and optimize budgets, resource allocation, and operational processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance:
- Lead efforts to secure Ocrolus’ IT environment, ensuring the highest levels of protection for data and systems.
- Maintain compliance with global data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and manage a high-performing IT team that supports Ocrolus’ growth and operational requirements.
- Inspire a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Technology Management and Transformation:
- Oversee the implementation of scalable IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and automation tools to support business operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize workflows, improve system performance, and enhance user experience.
- Project Management:
- Successfully manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and deliver value-added solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in SaaS-based organizations, with a focus on global IT operations.
- Proven track record of managing IT systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications across India and the US.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, vendor/partner management, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
