About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director Product Operations Manager to lead our efforts in driving operational excellence across the product management organization. This role will work closely with VP Product Platform as well as with product and engineering leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring disciplined roadmap planning, execution and alignment between product development, strategy, and delivery. You will lead the efforts to ensure development plans are prioritized and aligned with company goals, streamline roadmap planning and execution processes, optimize product delivery, and manage metrics to help drive efficiency, scalability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Priorities & Execution Alignment: Own product planning and execution rhythms and processes. Ensure the company priorities and product strategy is translated into actionable roadmaps and prioritized plans, working closely with product managers, engineering, research and operation teams.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement frameworks and best practices that help the product team scale efficiently, including roadmapping, prioritization, and resource allocation processes.
  • Data driven execution: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track product health and execution success, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business operations teams to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Drive smooth communication both internally and externally.
  • Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management: Assist in the planning, tracking, and communication of product milestones across various phases, from development through to launch and post-launch evaluation. Support high-profile projects by monitoring timelines, ensuring resource allocation, and resolving conflicts. Manage dependencies and ensure smooth integration across teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or project management, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
  • Familiarity with product management and product development processes, including Agile/ Scrum methodologies, and experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, influencing cross-functional departments, and driving initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in collecting and using data to inform product decisions and optimize operations.
  • Excellent people skills, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/operations, engineering or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Great to have- Background in fintech or financial services.
