About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Operations Associate to be responsible for supporting the execution and pushing forward our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly review of all JIRA tasks in the department.
      • Work directly with the Researcher/TL and escalate if not updated in short timeline
      • Escalate to VP Research in concentrated session
      • Align with TL/GL on timeline for weekly models or other summary meeting, and validate it is scheduled
  • Product bi-weekly meetings - CK, Affiliates, Prescreen, Verification
      • Work with Research lead and Product lead to make sure deck is prepared in time
      • Track AIs from previous sessions and make sure they are resolved between meetings
  • Mid Sprint & Sprint updates
  • Dependency tracking
      • Ongoing Tracking of department dependency status - data requirements, partner asks, product and engineering status
      • Bi-weekly updates for mid-term and monthly updates for longer term dependencies to VP Research for updates and escalations as needed
  • Top personal deliverables for upcoming week
  • Specific projects / tracks
      • Configurable PO
      • Research support for CRB Audit project
      • PL V24-2 project plan and monitoring
      • Projects that are cross group and cross department

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and streamline operational processes efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team collaboration - Works well within cross-functional teams, supporting shared goals and contributing to a cohesive work environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility - Comfortable adjusting to evolving priorities and schedules, including coordination with global teams across multiple time zones, when required.
  • Experience in a High-Tech environment - Prior background in a technology-driven setting is essential, ensuring familiarity with fast-paced, innovative work cultures and agile operations.
  • Problem-solving ability - Proactively identifies challenges and implements practical, timely solutions.Capable of identifying process inefficiencies, interpreting data, and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Time management - Efficiently prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • High Proficiency in English - Requires a strong command of both written and spoken English, enabling clear communication and comprehension in a professional environment that stretches to the US.
