About the Role

At Panorays, we’re revolutionizing how companies manage third-party cybersecurity risks, and our rapid growth means we’re building a world-class sales team. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for companies looking to secure their supply chain—and your role will be key in driving our success. If you bring the drive, we’ll provide the tools, mentorship, and training to help you thrive.

Work Days: Monday-Friday

  • Engage & Qualify: Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from our website, events, webinars, and more.
  • Discovery Calls: Learn about prospects’ needs, uncover pain points, and show them how Panorays can be their cybersecurity game-changer.
  • Pipeline Building: Nurture inbound leads and collaborate with sales to ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Social Selling: Use networking strategies to connect with prospects and build meaningful relationships.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest in cybersecurity, industry trends, and competitors.

Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment (preferably).
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach to engaging prospects.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in overcoming objections and guiding prospects through the qualification process.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
  • English – bilingual or native, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
