About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover, 9 Months) to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on producing high-quality content across blogs, customer stories, reports, guides, web pages, and event-related campaigns. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, external writers, and subject matter experts to deliver polished content that engages our audience and supports our business goals.
- Content Creation & Publication – Develop content outlines for blogs, guides, reports, and web pages; coordinate with external writers and SMEs; review, edit, and finalize copy for publishing.
- Customer Story Production – Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to secure customer participation, conduct interviews, manage review and approval processes, and provide incentives; oversee visuals and publish content, promoting it internally and externally.
- Project & Workflow Management -Manage full content production workflows in collaboration with design, operations, and demand generation teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Event & Campaign Support – Write landing page copy, event emails, pop-up/event-specific content, and coordinate related social media posts.
- Ongoing Content Operations – Review product marketing copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with messaging.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Promotion – Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize content impact across channels, including social media promotion and internal communication.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications roles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- English – near-native or bilingual proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing content production with external writers and SMEs.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
