***The Associate Project Manager role is fully remote (or work from our luxury office in Costa Mesa, CA). This role must work PST hours.***
Precision AQ (formally PRECISIONvalue), the leading payer marketing agency, supports global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in the achievement of commercial excellence. To keep pace with our growing agency we are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our team!
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the Managed Markets workflow and client submission process. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for in-depth knowledge of the general agency process, client submission processes and is the main communication hub between all departments for their assigned accounts. This role works with cross-functional teams to ensure client projects are delivered successfully and responsibilities include timeline creation, internal scheduling and tracking of client facing projects.

We are a medical marketing communication agency seeking a flexible, savvy project manager to handle a wide spectrum of advertising healthcare promotional projects taking them from start to finish.
What you will do:
- Prepare status reports and daily hot sheets
- Facilitate successful completion of all assigned jobs on time; work with the SocialBridge job flow and information archiving system
- Ensure internal team adheres to clients’ systems and procedures for tracking jobs
- Respond to client requests (passed on by Account Services) accurately and in a timely manner
- Act as primary internal liaison from project conception regarding timing and next steps
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising or similar field
- 1+ year of experience working in agency setting
- 1+ year of experience in Project Management
- Experience with the healthcare industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
