Title: People Operations Coordinator

Position Summary
As a People Team Coordinator (Human Resources Coordinator), you will play an integral part in delivering operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for core employee lifecycle transactions from Hire to Retire, with a primary focus on Benefits. You will be viewed as the subject matter expert on benefits, leave of absences, HR processes, use of HR systems, and HR Policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transactional support to the organization as it relates to employee matters.
- Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Manages the day-to-day processing of benefits which includes onboarding, terminations, and partnering with our third party administrator to coordinate leave of absence
- Serve as liaison for benefit vendors, reviewing vendor site portals, and maintaining updates
- Reconcile and validate monthly invoices for accuracy and send to A/P for processing
- Support international benefits, invoices, and reconciliation
- Lead employee communications and promotions for benefits through email, presentations, utilizing the People section on the Intranet, and updating our external website as appropriate.
- Coordinate special projects and events throughout the year including all phases of Open Enrollment
- General Employee Support: Respond to incoming inquiries through ticketing system. Escalate as needed and bring to resolution in a timely manner.
- Onboarding: Partner closely with Recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new hire as it related to systems and documentation. Assist in following up as needed to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner and entered accurately.
- Job Changes: Partner across People Operations team to ensure timely system updates as needed for the movement of employees into new positions, locations, or managers. Ensure all aspects of the change, including documentation are addressed and accurately reflected in all HR systems.
- Respond to and resolve increasingly complex, sensitive, and confidential issues.
- Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures.
- Act in a consultative and project management role to support definition and implementation of People programs
- Lead and/or Support special projects as needed

- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong passion for data excellence and drive to maintain data integrity
- Strong Excel Skills / Strong Google Sheets experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or years of experience in Human Resources environment
- 1-3 years of experience in HR related area
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
- Understanding of HR programs relative to support of business objectives.
- Experience working in fast paced, changing environments with multiple priorities
- Inspires trust and has the ability to gauge the atmosphere and culture of the overall organization.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Excellent proficiency in English (read, write, and speak) required.
- Strong customer service skills needed with positive demeanor in handling all inquiries.

- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR

The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
