  • Support execution tasks such as uploading content, updating trackers, and checking creative assets for quality and consistency.

  • Help with event logistics and scheduling

Marketing Administration

  • Maintain marketing folders, calendars, and campaign documentation.

  • Support the team with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking.

  • Assist in updating contact lists, email templates, and CRM entries.

Brand & Content Support

  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and quality standards.

  • Assist with proofreading and reviewing marketing materials.

  • Help upload and publish approved content to marketing platforms.

Data & Reporting

  • Collect and input data for basic performance reports (e.g., campaign metrics, engagement rates).

  • Maintain trackers and dashboards accurately.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with team members across marketing, sales, and operations to support project needs.

  • Participate in team meetings, share progress updates, and respond to direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in marketing, communications, or business.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
