Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace practices.
  • Manage the full local hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to pipeline management, in coordination with Global TA.
  • Execute all UAE visa and immigration processes, maintain digital employee records, and manage health insurance enrollments.
  • Ensure all contracts, leave policies, and records strictly adhere to DIFC Labor Law.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data for processing and assist with local budget tracking and office expenses.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end employee journey, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires and compliant offboarding.
  • Organize local team events and wellbeing initiatives to drive site morale and engagement.
  • Manage initial grievance and disciplinary steps with professional neutralism and legal accuracy.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a high-growth Tech or FinTech environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of DIFC Labor Law and Dubai-specific employment regulations.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle for technical or commercial roles.
  • Ability to work at pace in a scaling environment while maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • A "hands-on" approach—comfortable switching between supporting office-wide initiatives and managing granular tasks like visa processing or payroll data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and coordinate with global stakeholders.
