New York, NY, USA
Posted on Oct 30, 2025
We’re looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented, and people-focused Workplace Experience & Events Coordinator to join our People Operations team in New York. In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly, ensure a positive day-to-day experience for our employees, and support company events and activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, utilizing their creative muscles, staying organized, and helping people. No two days will look the same, one day you might be restocking snacks and setting up meeting rooms, and the next you might be greeting a new hire or assisting with an office celebration.
If you thrive on connection, love creating great experiences, and want to grow in a role that touches every part of the company, this role is for you.
This is an in-office role (Mon–Fri) based in our NoMad office.
