Role Summary
As a Product Manager at Remodel Health, you will play a critical role in solving some of the most challenging problems in healthcare at a rapid growth company. You will build a deep understanding of our users, and leverage that customer mindset to champion innovative experiences that scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales and operations to rapidly iterate and deliver value to customers, members and internal stakeholders.
This role will focus on our sales and distribution capabilities, up-leveling our tools and processes that support prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. You will work closely with partners across sales, account management and operations to identify key problems and opportunities for meaningful value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership: own the sales and distribution product area E2E, including the ability to understand the technical architecture and logic of supporting systems.
- Discovery: build deep expertise on our business, users, and core processes, and lead cross-functional exercises for key projects.
- Execution: partner with an engineering leader to drive day-to-day execution, including roadmap ownership, sprint planning, prioritization, and retrospectives.
- Impact and Prioritization: lead with outcomes, leaning into data and insights to drive measurable results and roadmap prioritization.
- Collaboration and Influence: create collaborative and communicative processes, and leverage your knowledge and skills to influence decision making.
- Go-to-market strategy: ensure successful go-to-market of feature releases through innovative thinking, close partnerships with stakeholders and robust, user-friendly documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar role, preferably in healthtech or fintech.
- Demonstrated success delivering outcomes at a growth stage company.
- Strong collaboration, communication and cross-functional experience across teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales).
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communicator.
