Position Summary
The Manager of Peoplekeep Operations is responsible for overseeing the systems, data, and processes that power Remodel Health’s product intelligence. This role leads a team dedicated to maintaining the "source of truth" for health insurance plans, ensuring that our technology provides accurate, real-time comparisons and insights for our clients. You will bridge the gap between complex insurance data and our software platforms, driving efficiency and quality across the PK team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Development
- Direct Management: Oversee a team of PK Specialists, conducting weekly 1:1s and quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and team productivity.
- Process Excellence: Develop and refine standard operating procedures for data entry, plan auditing, and carrier updates to ensure a "gold standard" of product knowledge.
- Skill Building: Coach the team on advanced insurance concepts and technical data management to enhance the depth of our product database.
Operational Health & Data Integrity
- Accuracy Mitigation: Monitor data discrepancies and work with the team to develop "cleanup" plans for at-risk or outdated plan information.
- System Integrity: Maintain and update product databases, ensuring data flows correctly between our internal tools and the client-facing platform.
- Value Realization: Ensure the PK team is utilizing technology to its fullest extent to automate data collection and improve the speed of plan updates.
Collaboration & Escalation
- Point of Escalation: Serve as the primary contact for complex product or carrier questions escalated by the CSM or Sales teams.
- Product Feedback Loop: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to provide actionable insights for improving internal data tools and the member experience.
- Carrier Relations: Support the team in managing relationships and data feeds with regional and national insurance carriers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in health insurance operations or data management, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in data management tools, CRM platforms, and the ability to train others on complex software.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate complex health insurance plan designs into structured data.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the health insurance lifecycle, plan benefit structures, and employer-sponsored benefits.
Preferred Attributes
- Licensed: Health and Life Insurance License (required or obtained within 90 days).
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, "tech-enabled" environment where data requirements and processes evolve quickly.

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
