Position Summary

The Launch Specialist supports the Launch Coordinators by executing key administrative and operational tasks that enable a smooth onboarding experience for Remodel Health clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to grow into a Launch Coordinator position. You will play a critical role in supporting client onboarding behind the scenes while developing the skills needed to eventually manage implementations independently. Following the conclusion of our busy season, there is a possibility that some team members may be transitioned to a different department based on organizational needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Launch Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the onboarding process
  • Respond to and manage inbound customer tickets and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and updating internal systems
  • Assist with completing applications for onboarding clients.
  • Ensure accuracy of client and employee data within the platform
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, employee education sessions, and onboarding communications
  • Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the Launch team
  • Begin developing presentation and client-facing skills through shadowing and training opportunities

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field preferred

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
