We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join the Operations side of our business! This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and able to work independently. We are looking for someone who can stay focused and productive under pressure and thrives in a fast paced work environment. Our Operations team needs someone who is patient, cooperative, and flexible to serve clients and teammates as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to internal operations teams by processing healthcare applications, responding to member requests, clerical data maintenance and account maintenance.
  • Promote application completion follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Respond to member eligibility questions and verify enrollment statuses.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of enrollment processes for both on-exchange applications as well as direct to carrier.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Willingness to become health licensed.
  • 1+ years of experience in an professional work environment
  • Ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Prior experience in health insurance enrollment is not required but highly valued.

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
