Location: Remote or in-office (Glendale, CA, or New Albany, OH)
Reports To: Director, Learning & Development
Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in content creation, instructional design, and talent development. The ideal candidate is studying Learning & Development, Marketing, Content Creation, or Graphic Design and is eager to apply their skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Curation: Assist in creating and curating content for a manager training program on talent acquisition, ensuring materials are engaging and informative.
- Webinar Content Repurposing: Review recorded training webinars, generate accurate transcripts, and transform key insights into concise and visually appealing job aids.
- Instructional Design Support: Apply learning design principles to enhance training materials through clear formatting, graphics, and structured content.
- Multimedia & Visual Design: Utilize design tools such as Canva or similar platforms to create visually appealing training materials.
- Collaboration & Research: Work closely with the L&D team to identify best practices in training development and contribute ideas for innovative learning experiences.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and tracking learning initiatives, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create clear and engaging training materials.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva or other content design tools.
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition or HR training concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
