Corporate Development & Strategy Intern

Reports To: Corporate Development Associate
Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze potential strategic partnerships and acquisitions, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to fully understand the opportunities
• Compile case study materials focusing on historical Reveleer M&A acquisitions
• Assist in researching multiple topics for strategic initiatives: Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with senior team members to propose recommendations that shape company and product strategy through presentations and detailed analysis
• Investigate and provide analysis of competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends
• Develop understanding of key products and business functions within Reveleer

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit to internship duration

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
