Culture & Engagement Programs

  • Drive and/or support Talent and Culture initiatives, including annual performance reviews, goal setting, recognition, and engagement programs.
  • Help lead engagement survey efforts and action planning with leaders.
  • Partner with the team to ensure programs are inclusive across locations (e.g., Ohio, California, India), fostering connection and belonging.
  • May take on greater ownership of culture initiatives over time.

Occasional travel may be required.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in both HR business partnering and talent and engagement programs.
