Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Manager in maintaining and responding to compliance-related inquiries, primarily focusing on repetitive but critical tasks such as completing RFPs, security questionnaires, and gathering compliance documentation. This individual will play a key role in streamlining compliance operations and ensuring timely and accurate responses to client and partner requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the completion of RFPs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and due diligence forms.
Maintain and update a centralized repository of standard compliance answers and documentation for reuse.
Track incoming compliance requests and coordinate deadlines with internal stakeholders.
Support the Compliance Manager in collecting and organizing policies, procedures, certifications (e.g., HiTRUST R2), and audit evidence.
Review documents for accuracy and ensure responses are aligned with company standards.
Maintain version control of all submitted documents and track changes.
Assist in preparing compliance-related reports, metrics, and training materials.
Collaborate cross-functionally with security, IT, legal, and sales teams to gather accurate responses.
Support internal and external audits by retrieving and organizing documentation.
Perform administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date compliance records.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a compliance, security, legal, or administrative support role.
Familiarity with responding to RFPs or security questionnaires is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HiTRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document collaboration tools.
Experience with RFP tools or compliance platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, OneTrust) is a plus.
