Customer Success Operations Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Role Overview/Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Operations Intern will support building scalable operational infrastructure across onboarding, lifecycle management, reporting, and knowledge management. Key areas of focus include:
• Enhancing Customer Success processes and documentation
• Supporting lifecycle management workflows
• Assisting with reporting and analytics efforts
• Helping build and organize internal knowledge repositories
• Contributing to operational standardization initiatives
Internship Deliverables:
• Process Documentation & Standardization – Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge Management Development – Centralize and standardize internal documentation, audit storage locations, and build customer “At a Glance” overview templates.
• Analytics & Reporting Support – Assist with reporting, dashboard upkeep, and data organization.
Required Skills or Coursework
This role is ideal for a student interested in SaaS, operations, analytics, or customer strategy. This internship is project-based and focused on documentation, analytics, and operational design.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
