About Your Role:

We’re looking for a confident and engaging live trainer to lead and develop our virtual training programs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering live, virtual training sessions that help our customers, prospects, employees, and partners understand and maximize their use of Sendoso.

You won’t just present information—you’ll facilitate hands-on learning experiences, encourage social learning, and ensure learners leave with actionable knowledge. You’ll also play a key role in distilling training content into bite-sized tips, best practices, and embedded learning moments within our software platform.

This role is focused on supporting live training initiatives and contributing content for larger on-demand training programs.

Who You Are:

  • A strong communicator & storyteller who can deliver training content concisely and engagingly.
  • A confident live presenter who can think on their feet, engage an audience, and adapt in real time.
  • Experienced in hosting webinars and leading virtual training, with a deep understanding of how to keep a remote audience engaged.
  • Passionate about driving active learning, creating opportunities for hands-on practice rather than passive listening.
  • Skilled at distilling complex information into clear, digestible takeaways that learners can apply immediately.
  • Collaborative & adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • A clear and creative scriptwriter, able to craft engaging outlines and talking points for both live training sessions and recorded video content.
  • A fast learner when it comes to new software and platforms—you enjoy diving in, exploring features, and figuring out how to teach others to use them.
  • Curious and innovative, always looking for ways to leverage AI tools to enhance training experiences, streamline content creation, or deliver more personalized learning moments.

Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Deliver live virtual training sessions that are interactive, engaging, and results-driven.
  • Facilitate social learning by creating spaces where people can learn from each other.
  • Structure training for active participation, incorporating exercises and discussions instead of lecture-style content.
  • Refine training content into key takeaways, best practices, and embedded learning tips within our software platform.
  • Write scripts and speaker notes for live webinars, virtual trainings, and recorded video content—balancing clarity, tone, and timing.
  • Experiment with digital adoption tools to enhance in-app learning moments based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the broader Customer Education team to continuously improve our live and on-demand training offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI (e.g., for drafting content, summarizing feedback, or personalizing learning paths) to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.

Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in live training, webinars, or virtual facilitation.
  • Experience with instructional design and creating training materials.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and how to apply it to training engagements.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage and energize remote audiences.
  • Experience designing interactive learning experiences that drive participation and knowledge retention.
  • Ability to take complex concepts and break them down into simple, actionable insights.
  • Strong improvisation skills—able to adjust on the fly based on audience needs.
  • Experience writing scripts and speaker notes for live virtual training, webinars, and on-demand videos, with an emphasis on clarity, flow, and tone.
  • Skilled at translating technical or product-heavy content into approachable, learner-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and teach new software tools, especially in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong attention to detail when writing, editing, and reviewing training materials—whether text, video, or live delivery formats.
  • Familiarity with customer education and SaaS training is a plus.
  • Video conceptualization, creation and editing experience is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe, Pendo, or Candu.
