About The Role

We are seeking highly ambitious individuals who are passionate about interacting and helping internal and external customers by delivering support and guidance with our partner 3PL warehouse orders needing our attention. Your main focus will be on ensuring customer orders are prioritized and completed throughout the global logistics process, and questions around these orders are answered in a quick and efficient manner to provide a transparent and seamless sending experience. You will serve as a liaison and partner to the leadership teams both internally at Sendoso, and externally across our 3PL network. This is a Remote/Telecommute position.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with international 3PLs: Engage with international third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to address daily supply chain issues.
  • Monitor 3PL performance: Oversee the performance of each 3PL and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) related to order processing, delivery, and inbound operations are being met.
  • Resolve integration and operational challenges: Address issues related to integration, stock flow movements, order management, and fulfillment.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data to senior management regarding outbound and inbound operations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Track shipping: Monitor the shipping of orders from international 3PLs to ensure compliance with lead-times, coordinating with internal and external parties to expedite actions when necessary.
  • Analytical support: Provide analytical support for key strategic supply chain initiatives.
  • SOP development: Develop, document, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes in 3PL centers.
  • Relationship management: Maintain strong working relationships with account managers at 3PLs, carrier partners, etc.
  • International inventory transfers: Oversee end-to-end international inventory transfers between 3PLs, including organizing logistics.

Experience:

  • Experience in 3PL management and warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of international logistics, customs rules and regulations, and HS codes.
  • Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Mintsoft and Whiplash.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required for this position.
  • This role requires a combination of operational management, analytical skills, and knowledge of international logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
