About the Role

The AI Product Strategy (GTM) role will own the full customer journey, from consultative sales conversations around AI use cases through strategic go‑lives & ongoing account growth. You’ll be the face of Trovo for health system and physician group executives, translating our AI platform into real‑world clinical and operational impact, and then expanding that impact across additional workflows.

Target compensation for this role is $200-$250k+, plus equity.

Responsibilities

  • Convey Trovo’s AI platform to the market. Serve as the external voice of our AI, helping customers understand its capabilities and clinical value
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with provider organizations, uncovering priorities, and shaping new solutions to serve customer needs.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships (C‑suite, service line leaders, clinical, IT) to foster trust, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption.
  • Drive post‑go‑live success and expansion, orchestrating stakeholders to deliver on time, measuring outcomes, and upselling additional use cases.
  • Feed customer insight back into our product, working with engineering and clinical teams to prioritize features and new use cases.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in client-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, implementation, or strategy.
  • Prior experience working at early startups or high growth business units at healthtech companies.
  • Successful track record managing complex deployments and executive stakeholders in clinical environments.
  • Strong proficiency in developing clear, client-facing presentations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven insights in a compelling manner.
  • Advanced clinical degree (MPH, Nursing, MD, or related) or technical degree (MS, PhD. in CS) preferred
  • Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we’re in-office ~3 days per week.
