Deployment Strategist
Trovo Health
About Us
At Trovo Health, we’re bringing scalable superhuman support to healthcare providers. Our proprietary, clinically-backed AI coordinator acts as an extension of the care team to help enhance the patient experience, improve outcomes, and operate more efficiently.
We’re growing rapidly and are backed by Oak HC/FT – investors in leading healthcare and technology companies such as Ambience Healthcare, Devoted Health, VillageMD, CareBridge, Main Street Health, Maven Clinic, and more.
We’re headquartered in NYC and embrace a hybrid work culture.
About the Role:
As our Deployment Strategist, you will own the deployment of our AI Coordinator against our customers’ biggest needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client executive leadership – identifying pain points, consulting on how to best leverage our solutions, and leading end-to-end deployment across client organizations. Your goal is to ensure each customer achieves measurable value from our AI Coordinator quickly and effectively, guiding them from contract signature through go-live and beyond with confidence and precision.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will design and refine Trovo’s deployment methodology, lead enterprise implementation projects, and serve as a thought partner to clients on future solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will play a critical role in building trust with clients, shaping operational processes, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role with competitive target compensation ($180k–$220k+ base, plus equity) and strong benefits.
Responsibilities
- Client thought partner. Be a trusted advisor – own senior-executive relationships, uncover root needs, and shape solution strategy to maximize value and inform future deployments
- End-to-end deployment. Manage the tactical implementation of our AI Coordinator from kickoff through adoption
- Product mindset. Translate real-world workflows into requirements, pressure-test use cases, prioritize for impact, and partner with Product to close the loop from client feedback to the roadmap

- Technical proficiency. Oversee technical integrations, EHR connectivity, and workflow adoption in collaboration with client technology, operations, and clinical teams
- Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and implement workflows for our clients
- Reporting & tracking. Define and track implementation KPIs such as time to go-live, adoption rates, etc.

- 4+ years in management consulting, client-facing implementation, or project management leadership, with at least some experience in healthcare
