About Us

At Trovo Health, we’re bringing scalable superhuman support to healthcare providers. Our proprietary, clinically-backed AI coordinator acts as an extension of the care team to help enhance the patient experience, improve outcomes, and operate more efficiently.

We’re growing rapidly and are backed by Oak HC/FT – investors in leading healthcare and technology companies such as Ambience Healthcare, Devoted Health, VillageMD, CareBridge, Main Street Health, Maven Clinic, and more.

We’re headquartered in NYC and embrace a hybrid work culture.

About the Role

As an AI Product Manager, you will play a key role in addressing complex clinical challenges as we build out our AI coordinator. In this role, you will engage directly with users, collaborate with clients, and work cross-functionally to transform healthcare needs into effective product solutions. Your contributions will enable clinicians and care teams to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality patient care.

This role is ideal for a health-tech problem-solver who thrives at both execution and partnership – you keep in mind the high-level strategy while being able to dive into the weeds.

Target compensation for this role is $130-$150k+, plus equity.

Responsibilities

  • Distilling complex workflows and clinical concepts into elegant AI-powered product solutions that support clinicians and care teams across Trovo’s platform.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, AI/ML, commercial, and clinical stakeholders to define user problems, co-create scalable solutions, and support product rollouts.
  • Conducting market and user research to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities in real-world healthcare settings.
  • Work with full-stack and AI/ML engineering teams to break down complex problems into high impact, deliverable work.
  • Build internal and client-facing prototypes using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a product, operational, or technical role.
  • Technical competency demonstrated through prior experience building applications and understanding of complex concepts such as data models and API infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with design, engineering, operations, and commercial partners.
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and develop expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make abstract ideas clear and accessible.
  • Interest in healthcare, with a desire to innovate and make a difference in this space.
  • Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we’re in-office ~3 days per week.

Strong Additional Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare provider tools, EHR workflows, or care coordination platforms.
  • Exposure to user research or product discovery processes (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
  • Previous experience with coding or software development.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • Experience working in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
