We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance department. This role will work closely with the business development team to build financial models responsible for the company's growth strategy.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...

  • You will be a key member in refining and executing the processes surrounding the company's pricing and business development strategies.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of important metrics for the business and how these metrics translate into financial performance.
  • You will play a key role in deal review discussions and financial assessments with the executive leadership team.
  • You will maintain financial models to evaluate deal economics and identify trends across the organization.
  • You will review and analyze financial statements and report on key variances versus deal model and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • You will assist with budgeting, specifically for pipeline opportunities and other company wide strategic planning.
  • You will ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

We're Excited About You Because...

  • You have 6+ years experience in corporate development, financial planning, analysis, and/or modeling.
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • You have mastered the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience in a concise manner, adjusting your style based on audience.
  • You have working knowledge of financial strategies.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • You are timely, detail-oriented and able to perform in a high pressure environment.
  • You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
  • You are able to successfully manage, prioritize, and complete multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
  • You are a self starter who is proactively able to identify opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency and improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000.
