Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Front-End Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative user interfaces, ensuring the responsiveness and performance of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain responsive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces based on design concepts and specifications.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and user interactions.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), frameworks, and best practices.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on UI/UX designs.
Ensures solutions meet a standard of high quality by implementing release pipelines, unit tests, and developing systems in a way that promotes Continuous Delivery
Provides production support for systems by identifying, researching, and resolving production and performance issues.
Communicates effectively with other technical and non-technical business users both orally and in writing.
Works within a collaborative team environment.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
Implement security measures to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities like cross-site scripting (XSS), SQL injection, and other OSWASP Critical Vulnerabilities.
Respects and maintains HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
Other duties as directed.
Education, Experience and Licensure:
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast pace but collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Extended experience and proficiency with React, CSS, HTML and other web platform technologies and frameworks.
Experienced in a Windows/Linux environment
Experienced working with REST API’s.
Experienced in using secure application development patterns.
Strong organizational skills; commitment to customer service; ability to solution complex problems
Preferred but not required skills:
Experience with cloud platform services such as Azure/AWS will be a plus.
Experience with NextJS framework
Experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
Experience with API design patterns, RESTful APIs, and API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools will be a plus.
Knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics xRM
Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry
