Position Summary: A scheduling associate in workforce management is responsible for distributing case work to end users by routing cases to the right MD Reviewer or Clinician at the right time and using the correct logic. This role ensures that the departments within TurningPoint do not exceed daily capacity, miss turnaround time targets, improve case efficiency, and reduce inefficiencies as identified. This involves considering factors like staff availability, capacity, state licensure restrictions, clinical experiences, and workload demands. These associates also monitor and adjust case assignments in response to changing demand patterns, distribute workload evenly among clinicians, ensure compliance with state and client regulations while also maintaining our company policies and client service level agreements. This role also works with leadership to utilize performance data in refining assignment strategies and efficiencies. This role is crucial in optimizing workforce utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency within our organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
