Us Heart and Vascular is in need of a Clinic Supervisor to join our team at Cardiology Center of Houston in Houston TX.

Position Overview

The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, staff coordination, patient care support, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in healthcare management while contributing to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants, and other support personnel.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff members on clinic policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist with staff development.
• Oversee daily clinic activities, including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and order as necessary.
• Assist with billing, coding, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with audits and inspections as required.
• Act as a liaison between the clinical team and upper management to address operational concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and updating patient information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
