Responsibilities:

• Manage High-Volume Calls: Handle large number of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all patient needs are met
• Adhere to Communication Protocols: Follow established communication “scripts” to maintain consistency and accuracy across all topics and interactions
• Identify and Resolve Patient Needs: Identify patient concerns, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients while ensuring proper coordination between different departments
• Efficient Call Management: Keep all conversations brief and professional to ensure optimal call flow within the call center
• Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals
• Provide Administrative Support: Assist with faxing, front office tasks, or other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a medical, customer service, or related role preferred
