Route calls as appropriate.</span></li> <li><span>Serve as back-up to check-in/check-out due to staffing shortage and patient volume. </span></li> <li><span>Any other duties as assigned or requested.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>High School diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span>1 year of call center experience</span></li> <li> <span>2 years of customer service experience</span><span>. </span> </li> <li> <span>Healthcare knowledge is preferred</span><span> but not required.</span> </li> <li><span>Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.</span></li> <li><span>Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.</span></li> </ul> <p id="isPasted"><span><strong>About Granbury, TX:</strong></span></p> <p><span>Granbury offers the charm of a small town with a rich blend of Texas history, unique culture, and warm hospitality.
