Description

US Heart and Vascular is in need of an Office Manager to join our team at HeartPlace in Plano, TX.

Position Summary:

Represents USHV as an integral member of the management team to achieve optimal productivity while
ensuring full compliance with federal, state, local, and institutional laws and procedures and
continuously seeks to improve patient and staff experience that is standardized across all medical
operations.


Responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily operations of the medical health center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
• Manages staff schedules, assignments, and performance to maintain optimal patient care and workflow.
• Monitors and manages the center's budget, expenses, and revenue generation.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and quality of care.
• Coordinates with healthcare providers, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
• Maintains accurate medical records and documentation, adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Handles patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversees inventory management, including medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
• Implements quality improvement initiatives and monitors key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with community organizations and healthcare partners to enhance access to healthcare services and promote population health.
• Fosters a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee development

Requirements:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a satisfactory work product.
• Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Ability to effectively plan and delegate the work of others.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum (4) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a healthcare setting is required
