Route calls as appropriate.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Serve as back-up to check-in/check-out due to staffing shortage and patient volume. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Any other duties as assigned or requested.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>High School diploma or equivalent.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>1 year of call center experience</span></span></li> <li><span><span>2 years of customer service experience. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><strong>About Wichita, KS: </strong></span></span></p> <p><span><span>Wichita is affordable, with a strong job market in aerospace, healthcare, and manufacturing.
