Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity | US Heart and Vascular® | HeartPlace
US Heart and Vascular®, in partnership with HeartPlace, is offering a full-time role for a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This position supports a high-volume Dallas-based cardiology practice, focusing exclusively on all subspecialities of cardiology including general cardiology, EP, interventional and structural. About the Role: As an APP in Cardiology, you’ll work closely with our Cardiologists and also independently manage patient care, guiding and educating patients throughout their visits.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least two years in cardiology; prior APP experience preferred but not required. New graduates will be considered.
Setting: Primarily outpatient therefore strong outpatient experience is ideal.
Education: Master’s degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
Certifications: Valid DEA license and current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
Key Skills:
In-depth cardiovascular assessment expertise and exceptional patient care skills.
Proficiency with EKGs, patient assessments, and comprehensive cardiology management.
A collaborative team member with the ability to work independently in our renowned cardiology practice.
