US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Call Center Representative to join our team at Fort Worth Heart in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and verifies appointments as needed
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner. Route calls as appropriate.
• Serve as back-up to check-in/check-out due to staffing shortage and patient volume.
• Any other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of call center experience
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
