Description

Vascular Sonographer – Vein Focus

Birmingham Heart Clinic (BHC) | US Heart & Vascular

Birmingham Heart Clinic (BHC), part of US Heart & Vascular, is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to support our growing venous disease and vascular services. This role focuses on vein ablation procedures and lower extremity venous reflux studies in a collaborative, physician-led practice.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Perform lower extremity venous Doppler reflux studies
  • Assist with and support vein ablation procedures
  • Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes
  • Provide compassionate, professional care to patients
  • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) preferred
  • ARDMS or CCI certification required or eligible
  • Vascular or venous experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered for the right candidate
  • Strong technical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent patient communication skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable
